What is included
One dedicated business page with a description, category, service area, logo, up to five photos, services or products, hours, contact links, social links, and an optional member offer. Each separate business page has its own annual fee. This does not include featured placement, guaranteed leads, advertising impressions, transactions, or unlimited promotional posts.
Review before payment
You must be authorized to represent the business, provide accurate information, and serve Montgomery County. We review content, possible duplicates, and your authority before inviting payment. Business owners may live outside the county; a business page does not verify personal residency. A paid listing is not an endorsement or certification of licensing, insurance, or service quality.
Payment and renewal
The current price is USD $9.99 per business page for 12 months. The initial term begins when payment is confirmed after approval. Renewals add 12 months from the later of the current expiration or renewal date. There is no automatic renewal or saved-card charge by MoCo Residents. Renewal is available during the last 30 days of your term. If you do not renew, the public page is hidden and remains available in your account for renewal. Any changed renewal price will be shown before you pay.
Updates, offers, and conduct
Page changes are reviewed before publication. A currently approved page remains visible during review while its paid term is active. State the full terms and expiration date of each member offer, and honor offers you publish. We may request corrections, remove misleading content, or suspend spam, impersonation, duplicate promotional pages, and other violations. Businesses must follow the community guidelines.
Payments needing help
Contact us promptly for duplicate charges, failed publication, refund requests, or a disputed business claim. We review these individually; approval and payment do not override moderation requirements. A confirmed refund or payment dispute may remove or suspend the associated listing term.

Use the contact form for page corrections, payment help, ownership disputes, accessibility alternatives, or moderation appeals. Do not send card details or identity documents through a business photo upload.
